Fara Soubouti is corporate attorney at the Charlotte office of Robinson Bradshaw, a full-service corporate law firm. Her practice focuses on a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, health care and general corporate law. She has experience negotiating and drafting a variety of contractual arrangements, including organizational documents, purchase agreements and related documentation. Fara earned her law degree with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law, and received her bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is fluent in Farsi and Spanish.
