Hermine Valizadeh is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Ladas & Parry. Ms. Valizadeh focuses her practice on patent prosecution and litigation in the electrical and computer/software arts. Her experience includes preparing and prosecuting patent applications before the USPTO and foreign offices; researching and drafting infringement and patentability opinions; litigating patent disputes; drafting and negotiating settlement agreements; preparing and filing trademark and copyright applications; and TTAB Oppositions and DMCA notices.
Ms. Valizadeh received her J.D. from New England School of Law and her B.S. in Electrical Engineering, with Distinction, from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Ms. Valizadeh previously served on the Iranian American Bar Association’s National Board of Directors.
