Saam Takaloo is an associate at Early Sullivan Wright Gizer & McRae LLP, where he handles all phases of a wide variety of complex commercial, entertainment and real estate cases from inception to conclusion, as well as corporate transactional matters. Saam’s clients include large financial institutions, real estate developers, apparel manufacturers and high net-worth individuals.
Saam received his Juris Doctor in 2016 from Loyola Law School. At Loyola, he concentrated in corporate law, was a semi-finalist in the Transactional Negotiation Competition, served on the Scott Moot Court Honors Board, and represented the school in the Roger J. Traynor California Moot Court Competition. He was also president of the Iranian Law Students’ Association, and addressed the legal needs of fashion and design industry clients through the Fashion Law Clinic.
Saam received his undergraduate degree in International Relations and Business from the University of Southern California, receiving multiple Dean’s List honors.
