Benjamin Brueggemann

Benjamin Brueggemann is a Senior Associate at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP, where he counsels clients on all aspects of the employment-based immigration process, including nonimmigrant visas (e.g., H, L, E and TN) and immigrant visas (e.g., EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 and EB-5). Benjamin has assisted high-volume clients from various industries, including information technology, civil engineering, automotive, semiconductor, manufacturing, food science and finance.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Benjamin managed the PERM/Green Card department of a boutique immigration law firm. He also has extensive experience advising high-net-worth individuals on the EB-5 investor green card process and has been invited to lecture on the topic frequently in various countries, including China and Vietnam. In addition to his experience with the immigrant visa process, Benjamin has filed numerous nonimmigrant visa petitions, as well as family-based immigration matters.

Benjamin received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business as well as a Bachelor of Art degree in French from James Madison University in Virginia.  Benjamin received his law degree from Vermont Law School in 2006. 

Benjamin is German and Persian and was born and raised in Germany. He leverages his immigrant background to provide clients with empathetic support. He speaks English, Farsi, French and German.
