Davina Amiri is currently the VP (Internal) of the National IABA for 2024. She was elected by the national IABA membership to serve on the National IABA Board of Directors since 2022. She is currently Of Counsel to the venture capital law firm Presidio Legal. Prior to Presidio Legal, she was Senior Legal Counsel at Dell Technologies, providing comprehensive transactional support and strategy for Dell’s largest global customers. Previously, she ran Davina Amiri Law which provided legal support to rapid growth technology companies, including Stripe and Medallia. She has been rated by Super Lawyers Magazine, New York Metro Area, Rising Star for 2015 and 2016.

Davina was an IABA Board Member for the New York Chapter from Jan. 2012 to Feb. 2015 and Northern California Chapter from Sept. 2015 to Dec. 2016.
