Alexander Kharazmi is an Attorney in the Buchalter Firm’s Orange County office and a member of the Litigation practice group. Mr. Kharazmi represents established businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, automobile liability, premises liability, business litigation, products liability and personal injury; with experience in family law, animal law, and pro bono/volunteer services benefiting local animal shelters and indigent veterans.

Mr. Kharazmi has extensive experience litigating high-exposure matters. High watermarks include negotiating voluntary dismissal of rideshare clients in matters that would later bring seven-figure exposure against other co-defendants, protecting the business model of those clients in alignment with regional and national business objectives, and otherwise saving his clients tens of millions of dollars in potential exposure over the course of his career.
