Biography

After graduating with a B.S. in biology from University of California at Irvine in 1995, I attended and graduated with a J.D./M.B.A. in 2002 from Northwestern University School of Law.  I then went to work at Kirkland & Ellis in Los Angeles for  a few years.  I then went to work at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from 2006 to 2024 where I worked in the Enforcement Division, enforcing the securities laws.  I recently joined the staff of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board as an assistant general counsel.
