David Esfeh

David M. Esfeh, Esq. (also known as Davood Modarres Esfeh) is a litigation attorney focused on personal injury and complex civil matters. Before launching LAW BY DAVE, APC, David served as Director of Legal Services and lead litigator at the United States’ largest personal injury law firm (Los Angeles, CA).

 

David has helped secure more than $50 million for clients and played a supervisory role in more than 3,000 settlements. In addition to injury litigation, He also selectively handles employment law, estate and trust litigation, products liability, sexual assault, construction defect, insurance bad faith, and mold/asbestos claims. Known for integrity, candor, and pragmatic advocacy, he pairs aggressive courtroom skill with professional diplomacy.

 

David earned his Juris Doctor from SMU, studied international human rights at Oxford, and holds a B.A. from UCLA (magna cum laude) and an M.F.A. from the USC School of Cinematic Arts.
