Benjamin Brueggemann has been a licensed attorney specializing in Immigration Law since 2007, with experience spanning both the private and public sectors. He is well-versed in all aspects of employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant visas (such as H, L, E, and TN) and immigrant visas (including EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and EB-5). Benjamin has supported high-volume clients across various industries, including information technology, civil engineering, automotive, semiconductor, manufacturing, food science, and finance.

He has significant expertise in advising high-net-worth individuals on the EB-5 investor green card process and is frequently invited to lecture on the topic in countries such as China and Vietnam.

Beyond corporate immigration, Benjamin has extensive experience handling family-based immigration petitions and humanitarian-based visa applications. He also has a robust background in removal defense litigation before the Immigration Courts in Southern California and Virginia.

Benjamin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts in French from James Madison University in Virginia. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Vermont Law and Graduate School in 2006.

Born and raised in Germany, Benjamin is of German and Persian descent. His immigrant background allows him to provide compassionate legal support. He is fluent in English, Farsi, French, and German.
