Benjamin Brueggemann has been a licensed attorney specializing in Immigration Law since 2007, with experience spanning both the private and public sectors. He is well-versed in all aspects of employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant visas (such as H, L, E, and TN) and immigrant visas (including EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and EB-5). Benjamin has supported high-volume clients across various industries, including information technology, civil engineering, automotive, semiconductor, manufacturing, food science, and finance.
He has significant expertise in advising high-net-worth individuals on the EB-5 investor green card process and is frequently invited to lecture on the topic in countries such as China and Vietnam.

Benjamin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts in French from James Madison University in Virginia. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Vermont Law and Graduate School in 2006.
