Nadine Ravani

Nadine Ravani is Commercial Counsel at Plaid, Inc. where she negotiates a variety of commercial agreements, including go-to-market & product partnerships and advises business partners on commercial strategies. Nadine is licensed to practice law in California.

Nadine earned her B.A. from the University of Washington and her J.D. from U.C. College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly U.C. Hastings). While in law school Nadine served as Co-President of the Iranian Law Students Association and earned the award for Student Organization of the Year.

Nadine has been involved with IABA for nearly 10 years, including as President of the Northern California Chapter and Vice President of National. In 2020, Nadine was the recipient of the Minority Bar Coalition Unity Award.
