Neeka Dabiri is an Associate at Raines Feldman Littrell LLP and previously practiced at an AmLaw 100 firm. She is a Labor & Employment litigator, defending employers in a wide range of workplace disputes. A high achiever, she graduated early from both UCLA and Lewis & Clark Law School, where she served as the President of the Minority Law Student Association. Neeka notably championed and executed her previous firm’s first event recognizing Persian Heritage Month and Nowruz, marking a significant milestone for the firm’s DEI initiatives. On the IABA Board, Neeka aims to expand the organization’s reach and strengthen its mission by fostering strategic partnerships and leveraging her advocacy skills to empower Iranian-American legal professionals and students.
