Saam Takaloo
President
Saam Takaloo is a senior associate at Blank Rome LLP, where he handles a wide variety of complex litigation across a wide range of industries and subject matter, including banking and finance, entertainment, hospitality, fashion, real estate, employment, trade secret, and business, management, corporate and partnership disputes. Saam’s clients range from Fortune 500 corporations to high net-worth individuals and small businesses. Saam handles all aspects of cases from inception, all the way to trials and appeals, in both state and federal courts. He has had significant success at the trial and appellate level.
Saam is also deeply committed to pro bono efforts at his firm. He actively participates in a multitude of pro bono matters, providing legal services to underserved communities and groups, including refugees, minorities, and elderly, infirm and low-income individuals. Outside of his firm, Saam actively works to be a mentor and resource within the Iranian American community, taking part in educational panels and lectures in partnership with local nonprofits and educational institutions.
Saam received his Juris Doctor in 2016 from Loyola Law School. At Loyola, he concentrated in corporate law, was a semi-finalist in the Transactional Negotiation Competition, served on the Scott Moot Court Honors Board, and represented the school in the Roger J. Traynor California Moot Court Competition. He was also president of the Iranian Law Students’ Association, and addressed the legal needs of various clients through the Fashion Law Clinic.
Saam received his undergraduate degree in International Relations and Business from the University of Southern California.
