Sahar Jahangard-Mahboob

Sahar serves as a Housing Justice Fellow at Inner City Law Center, where she defends tenants against unlawful detainer proceedings. In law school, she specialized in Critical Race Studies and Public Interest Law and Policy. Sahar served as the Editor-in-Chief of the UCLA Law Review, Volume 72. Additionally, she managed financial operations for El Centro Legal Clinics as Financial Director, co-chaired the UCLA chapter of the National Lawyers Guild, and counseled tenants in housing disputes while serving as the Co-Chair of the Tenants Rights Clinic.
Before law school, Sahar worked as a project manager in digital media and earned three business degrees through the World Bachelor in Business program (University of Southern California, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi). She holds a J.D. from UCLA School of Law.
