Yasamin Baktashian
Student Representative

Yasamin is a second-year law student at Southwestern Law School. Prior to law school, she earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). At Southwestern, she serves on the boards of the Persian and Middle Eastern Law Student Association and the Business Law Society. Yasamin also serves as Internal Vice President of the National Iranian American Law Student Association (NIALSA), where she works closely with the Iranian American Bar Association to support Iranian American law students nationwide. Yasamin is particularly interested in employment and business law and looks forward to gaining further experience in these fields.
