Co President
Farimah Ghaffari is the managing attorney of the Long Island office at Goidel & Siegel. Her practice focuses on pre-litigation dispute resolution and personal injury litigation, particularly in the areas of premises liability, labor law, and motor vehicle negligence. With years of experience litigating cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants, Farimah brings a unique perspective that enables her to help clients achieve the best results on their legal claims, regardless of their position in litigation.
Farimah is admitted to practice law in the Courts of the State of New York, as well as in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York. She graduated from Touro Law School, where she was on the Dean’s List and earned her degree Magna Cum Laude.
Before immigrating to the United States, Farimah graduated with honors from Taft Law School in Yazd, Iran. During her time in law school, she served as the president of the Legal Society and as the vice-president of the Labor Law Society. She contributed as an assistant author to the book, “Explanation of the Iranian Labor Law,” principally authored by Professor Dr. Emami and published in 2008.
Farimah was appointed to serve on the Supreme Court Tort Advisory Committee in 2024 and has been recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star in both 2023 and 2024. She is an active member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Iranian-American Bar Association. Farimah served as the Vice-President of Iranian-American Bar Association from 2018-2021.
