Nazanin Niazi is a British-Iranian lawyer with extensive experience in corporate law and financial regulation. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Drexel Law School in Philadelphia, where she graduated with outstanding achievement. Prior to that, she earned her law degree in the UK and spent eight years working in global investment banks in London, advising on complex legal and regulatory matters.

Currently, Nazanin works as a legal consultant at a law firm, specializing in corporate law. Her work involves providing strategic legal guidance on corporate transactions, governance, and compliance matters. In addition to her legal practice, she is a faculty member at Drexel Law School, where she contributes to research and provides guidance on business law.

With a strong background in financial and corporate law, Nazanin is passionate about bridging the gap between business and legal frameworks. She remains dedicated to legal advocacy, professional mentorship, and expanding her expertise in the U.S. legal system.
