Payam Ahmadi
Board Member
Payam Ahmadi is a litigation associate at Fenwick & West LLP. He represents technology and life sciences companies in a broad range of intellectual property and complex commercial disputes, with a particular focus on patent litigation matters. He has represented clients in various phases of litigation and litigated cases in venues across the country, including federal courts in Virginia, Delaware, New York, and California.
Payam serves on the Board of the Iranian American Bar Association (IABA), New York chapter. He also serves on the Board of KEEN San Francisco, LLC. While attending Santa Clara University School of Law, Payam served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Edward J. Davila of the Northern District of California. Payam also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Liam O’Grady of the Eastern District of Virginia. Additionally, he was a notes editor for the Santa Clara Law Review and was president of the Middle Eastern Law Student Association. During his undergraduate studies, Payam competed on the NCAA Division I tennis team at Indiana University.
