Payam Saljoughian

Payam Saljoughian is a partner at Hanson Bridgett LLP where he represents health care clients in litigation and transactional matters. He works with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, continuing care communities, and other senior care and housing providers. He advises them on a broad range of issues such as state and federal licensure and regulatory compliance, resident disputes, Medicare and Medi-Cal reimbursement and certification, and contract drafting. He received his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and his B.S. from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
