Shaida Shahinfar

Shaida Shahinfar is an associate at O’Hagan Meyer in San Francisco, where she practices employment litigation. During law school at UC Law SF, she served on the Iranian Law Students Association and Tech and Law Society boards, and was Symposium Editor for the International and Comparative Law Review. Shaida’s professional experience includes roles at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger, and Plaid.

Shaida received her JD from UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) and her Bachelor’s in International Studies from San Jose State University. She is fluent in Farsi. In her free time, Shaida enjoys kayaking, pilates, traveling, and trying new restaurants in San Francisco.
