Shayan Said is a product counsel at TikTok where he advises on products focused on professional content creation. Earlier in his career, Shayan was an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC and Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, where his practice focused on issues related to the internet, content moderation, copyright, IP, and privacy.

Prior to attending law school, Shayan worked for non-profits. He currently coaches the Ruth Asawa San Francisco School of the Arts mock trial team and volunteers as an interpretative guide in the Gardens of Golden Gate Park.
