Omid S. Irani 

Omid S. Irani is a Criminal Defense attorney who represents those charged with a variety of
crimes, ranging from traffic tickets and shoplifting to firearm and homicide offenses. He has
successfully tried several jury cases to verdict and also conducted various bench trials, all while
ensuring his clients get the best defense throughout the pendency of their matters.

Omid received his Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was
a published member of the Seton Hall Law Legislative Journal. During law school, Omid was
elected to serve in leadership roles for numerous student organizations. Prior to law school Omid
received his B.A. in Political Science and earned a double minor in History and Middle Eastern
studies from Seton Hall University.

As a member of the legal community, Omid serves on several boards and committees of various
Bar Associations, both local and national, in an effort to help advance the causes and interest of
the profession and its practitioners. Moreover, Omid has planned, organized and moderated a
host of well-attended CLEs, all with the purpose of keeping other attorneys updated about new
developments in the law.

Aside from his work as a lawyer, Omid is a member of many volunteer organizations whose
mission statements are the giving back to the community and offering a helping hand to those
who need it the most.

Omid is fluent in Persian/Farsi.
