Omid S. Irani 

Mr. Irani focuses his practice on representing clients in all types of criminal cases, including sex crimes, drug/narcotic charges, firearm cases, juvenile matters, shoplifting cases, civilian complaints, and traffic tickets. Additionally, Mr. Irani has successfully represented numerous clients in domestic violence disputes, including Temporary/Final Restraining Order trials and mediations, as well as Landlord/Tenant litigation. Also, Mr. Irani handles a wide variety of other matters including personal injury, immigration, and estate planning.

Beyond work, Mr. Irani is active with a variety of Bar Associations. He serves as the President-Elect of the Young Lawyers Division of the Bergen County Bar Association where he also sits as the co-chair on various committees. Through the years, Mr. Irani has presented and served as a panelist of numerous Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs to further inform the legal community about important developments in the law. Moreover, Mr. Irani is the Chairman of the Iranian American Bar Association Foundation, which he has been a member of the Executive Board since 2021. Mr. Irani also serves on the Executive Board of the Iranian American Bar Association since 2022.

Mr. Irani received his Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a published member of the Seton Hall Law Legislative Journal. Prior to law school, Mr. Irani received his B.A. in Political Science and earned a double minor in History and Middle Eastern studies from Seton Hall University, the first student in the school’s history to ever graduate with such a degree.
