Afsanieh Rassti
President

Afsanieh Rassti is the former Phoenix National Board Representative to IABA from 2017-2024 and the former two-term Co-Vice President to the National Board of Directors. Afsanieh is a partner at Frazer, Ryan, Goldberg & Arnold, LLP in Phoenix, Arizona. Her practice areas include estate planning, probate, trust administration, and trust and estate litigation. 

A Dallas native who grew up in Fountain Hills, Arizona, Afsanieh earned her bachelor’s, master’s and law degrees at Arizona State University. While a student at the ASU Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, she served on the executive council of the Pro Bono Board and helped create the Law Society of Human Rights to support law students in human rights missions abroad. 

Afsanieh is currently admitted to the State Bar of Arizona and the U.S. District Court (Arizona). She currently serves on the Executive Board of the Maricopa County Bar Association Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Division and on the Equity Diversity & Inclusion Committee.  

In her free time, Afsanieh enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling the world, football and experiencing new cultures and food.
