Roozbeh Gorgin

Roozbeh Gorgin is an attorney in Sterne Kessler Goldstein & Fox’s Electrical Practice Group. Roozbeh’s practice focuses on patent prosecution, patent strategy and portfolio development, intellectual property licensing, preparation of patent infringement and invalidity opinions.

In addition, Roozbeh works with Sterne Kessler’s Trademark & Brand Protection Practice on trademark clearance and prosecution. He also has experience obtaining copyright protection for creative works and representing clients in copyright disputes and litigation.

Prior to joining Sterne Kessler, Roozbeh practiced at boutique and multinational law firms representing clients in intellectual property litigation and prosecution matters. Roozbeh also previously served as a law clerk to the Hon. James P. Donohue of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington and as a Judicial Extern for the Hon. Randall R. Rader of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Roozbeh received his B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles and his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law.
