Roujin Mozaffarimehr
Roujin Mozaffarimehr is the Managing Partner of ImmiCore Law. She specializes in business immigration, student matters, family immigration, and naturalization. Roujin assists corporate clients including entrepreneurs, start-ups, and publicly traded companies across industries with developing their immigration programs, securing foreign talent, and ensuring compliance. Roujin is a recognized leader in the field and has served as an invited speaker at various national conferences and panel engagements including non-profit events, know your rights presentations, American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) conferences, and other non-profit organizations. Roujin currently serves as the Co-Vice President of IABA NorCal. Additionally, she is an active member of AILA—she is the Chair of AILA’s national Business Section Steering Committee, a Past Chair of AILA Santa Clara Valley Chapter (AILA SCV), and she continues to serve AILA SCV as the Chapter’s Media/Advocacy Liaison, where she regularly meets with congressional representatives both locally and in Washington D.C. to advocate for immigration reform. Roujin received her Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara School of Law, where she was selected as a Research Fellow at the Panetta Institute for Public Policy under the direction of Secretary Leon Panetta. She received her MBA from Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business and her Bachelor’s degree from Santa Clara University, where she served as a Hackworth Fellow at the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics.
