Saba Bagherzadeh is a qualified lawyer in Tehran, Iran since 2007. She is studied her master of law in Banking, Finance and Corporate Law at Fordham University and currently she is a research fellow at Fordham University School of Law, doing research on US Economic Sanctions.
Prior to coming to the USA, Saba was a managing associate at PraeLegal Iran’s office. She has extensive experience
s in wide range of International Financial Crimes, International Business and Commercial Law, and Regulatory Compliance.
Alongside with working as a litigator, Saba has significant experiences in the regulatory section by participating in drafting two bills of “Juvenile Justice” and “Women’s Security” in Iran. She also has academic experiences by lecturing E-Commerce and Negotiations at University of Applied Science and Technology. She also has experiences working with international organizations such as UNICEF, UNODP and the World Bank.
