Ava Sadeghi
President

Ava Sadeghi is an attorney at Buchalter’s San Diego office. Ava’s practice is focused on partnership and corporate disputes, real estate non-disclosure actions, and business torts such as breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, defamation, and misappropriation of trade secrets. Ava also represents families, individuals, and trustees in estate and trust and elder abuse litigation.

A first generation Iranian American, Ava was born in Tehran, Iran and moved to San Diego in 2004. She received her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in 2019. While at California Western, she served as the President of the Middle Eastern Law Student Association. She received her Bachelor of Sciences in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Management from University of California, Riverside.
