Daniel A. Kamkar’s practice focuses on worldwide patent prosecution and portfolio management, patent infringement and validity analyses, freedom to operate analyses, and general IP licensing. Daniel currently assists various clients in a wide range of technological fields including battery, automotive, pharmaceuticals, semiconductor and optics technologies. Daniel received his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, M.S. in materials chemistry from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and B.S. in chemistry from the University of California, Irvine.
