Sara Rahmjoo

Sara Rahmjoo is a second year evening student at Catholic University Columbus School of Law. She was born in Iran and moved to the Washington, DC metropolitan area in 2003. She attended University of Maryland where she graduated in 2017 with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and Criminology as well as triple minors in Law and Society, Public Leadership, and Middle Eastern Studies. She also received her M.B.A with a focus in Finance and International Business from American University in 2020. Sara co-founded the Middle Eastern Student Bar Association at CUA and currently serves as Vice President of the organization. Sara enjoys giving back to the community through pro bono work and recently went on a service trip through the Southeast Immigrant Freedom Initiative to help immigrants at Stewart Detention Center in Lumpkin, GA.
